RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
As I am a small one-person artisan business, I cannot offer change of mind returns. Please read the product information carefully, and if you have any questions or would like to see additional photos, don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to help you make an informed decision.
Handwoven cloth is by its very nature different to machine woven cloth, and cannot be compared to it. Human hands have made it, and therefore you can expect to see minor imperfections or inconsistencies that contribute to the overall character of the cloth and give it its handmade value.
Please follow the care advice provided with each textile. Any faults arising from mistreatment or failure to follow the provided care advice are not the responsibility of Katie Evelyn Handwoven Textiles.
In the unlikely event your textile contains a significant flaw that affects its intended use, please contact me within 24 hrs of delivery and I will happily provide either repair (if possible), replacement (if possible), or a full refund. I am also happy to assist with advising on minor repairs (e.g. a pulled thread), or effecting the repair myself for a nominal fee.
